After placing your order, our manager will contact you to confirm a convenient time and place for you to receive your goods. You have the following options:

1. Pick up your purchase from our warehouse

2. Schedule a tire installation at our tire center
   If you would like to install your newly purchased tires or wheels on your vehicle right away, you can book an installation appointment at any of our tire centers. Your tires will be delivered to the selected center, and we will assist you in scheduling your tire installation.*
   Please note that when you purchase many tires on our website, you may receive a coupon for free installation services. If you have such a coupon, you only pay for the cost of consumables.
3. Order delivery within Almaty and Nur-Sultan
   • Delivery is available within the administrative boundaries of Almaty and Astana, subject to stock availability.
   • Delivery to Almaty and Astana is carried out by our couriers within 1–2 business days, between 11:00 and 18:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
   • For orders under 15,000 KZT, the delivery fee is 950 KZT. For orders over 15,000 KZT, delivery is free.
   • Express delivery is offered on the same working day if the order is placed before 12:00.
   • Weekend and holiday deliveries can be arranged separately with the customer. The delivery fee on non-working days is 2,000 KZT.
   • Items are delivered to the entrance of the building. If needed, we can bring the goods up to your apartment at a rate of 300 KZT per floor per set (4 tires or wheels).
   • If you refuse the delivered goods, you only pay for delivery (if it was not free).
   • When receiving your order, carefully check for any external defects. If there are no issues, sign the invoice. You may refuse the delivered goods at any point before signing.
4. Delivery throughout Kazakhstan
   • We can arrange delivery to any city in Kazakhstan using a reliable transport service. Your order will be sent to the address provided when placing the order.
   • The cost of shipping tires of any size to the listed cities is calculated individually, depending on the product category. The exact amount will appear when you place your order. Delivery times are given in business days.
   • If the items are in stock at our warehouse in Astana, delivery is free within 1–2 business days.
   • If you would like delivery to your city, simply add this service to your cart. You can pay for both the goods and the shipping online on our website. You can also print out the invoice after placing your order by clicking “Print Invoice” and pay at a bank.    • Delivery to remote cities is provided only after full prepayment for both the goods and the shipping!
   • Important: The shipping cost depends on the number of items being delivered. For example, if you are buying four tires, please select “4” for the “Delivery” option as well.
