1. Selecting Tires or Wheels
   • Via the Catalog:
     Go to the “Catalog” section to view all available tire and wheel models. Filters by season, brand, size, and other parameters help you find exactly what you need. You can also compare different models by price and features using the “Compare” function.
   • Main Page Selection Tool:
     Simply enter the parameters you need (width, profile height, diameter, season, etc.) on the homepage to see a list of all matching tires along with their prices.
   • Consult a Specialist:
     Use the online chat on the website or call us at +7 (708) 972 29 72 (WhatsApp). Our consultants are available:
     • Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00
     • Saturday: 10:00–14:00
       You can also leave your question on the website, and we’ll respond during business hours.
2. Adding Items to Your Cart
   • Once you’ve decided on a model, click “Add to Cart.”
   • If you see a note saying “Less than 4 pcs. or delivery required. Please check!” this means the item cannot be ordered directly from the website because of limited stock or remote warehouses. In this case, send us a request by email or call the phone number provided.
3. Placing an Order
   • After adding items to your Cart, go to the “Cart” page.
   • If you’re buying 4 or more tires (or wheels), you get a special bundle price. Fewer than 4 items will be at the regular price.
   • Check the details carefully and click “Place Order.”
   • If needed, register or sign in to your account:
     • Individuals can sign in using their email and password or through social networks.
     • Companies should provide full business details for faster document processing.
   • Once signed in, choose your preferred payment and delivery methods.

   Pay when receiving your order from the courier or at our tire center.
2. Bank Card via Terminal
   Available in our tire centers (we accept VISA and MasterCard).
3. Bank Transfer
   Print the invoice from our website and pay at the bank. If you have any issues, please call or email us.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   For some cities in Kazakhstan, payment upon receipt is possible. Confirm details with our manager.
5. Courier Card Payment (Almaty)
   You can pay by bank card directly to our courier upon delivery.
6. Installment Plans with Kaspi Red Card or AO “ForteBank” Card (Almaty & Astana)
   Available in our UNITYRE tire centers.
7. Online Payment on Our Website (Visa/MasterCard)
   • Payments are processed via the AO “ForteBank” system.
   • Only for individuals.
   • You’ll need to enter your IIN (Individual Identification Number).
   • Important: Make your online payment before clicking “Place Order.”

Possible Reasons for Online Payment Failure:

• Your card may not support online payments. Check with your bank and, if necessary, have the limit removed.
• Incorrect card details were entered. Check carefully and try again.

Receiving Your Order

• Pickup from Warehouse at: Almaty, 69G Shchelkovskogo St.
• Pickup from any UNITYRE Tire Center in Almaty or Astana.
• Tire Fitting Appointment: Your order will be delivered to the tire center you choose.
• Courier Delivery in Almaty and Astana.
• Shipping to Other Cities in Kazakhstan (see “Delivery Terms” for more details).

Returns & Refunds

1. Product Returns
   • Exchange or return of unused products (with receipt and invoice) is possible within 14 days from the purchase date at any UNITYRE tire center or our central warehouse.
   • Wheels that have already had tires mounted on them are not eligible for exchange or return.
   • Detailed conditions are specified in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights” № 274-IV ZRK dated May 4, 2010.
2. Refunds
   • Cash Payment: The buyer must provide an ID (passport or other official document), a receipt, and an invoice. You’ll receive your money at the cashier on the same day.
   • Bank Transfer: Contact our online store managers by phone at +7 (708) 972 29 72 (WhatsApp) or email us at onlineshop@unityre.kz.
   • Refund to Bank Card: Send a request to onlineshop@unityre.kz. Include your order number (or invoice number), purchase date, the cardholder’s full name, and the card number. Refunds are processed within 10 days from the date of request submission.
