UNITYRE is one of the largest suppliers of passenger car tyres, truck tyres and off-the-road tyres in Kazakhstan, with a service center for industrial enterprises of the country.

We are an official distributor of GOODYEAR, MICHELIN, CONTINENTAL, NOKIAN and other manufacturers. We operate in four regions (East Kazakhstan region, Karaganda region, Almaty and Nur-Sultan cities).

Our employees undergo regular training at specialised training centres and production sites and have many years of experience in coordinated work with different types of machinery. The problems we solve:

In 2020, UNITYRE implemented the projects for wheeled fleet management and its after-sales service at coal mines Karazhyra and Kazakhmys Coal (Molodezhny open-pit mine)

We have designed a tyre fitting and repair unit located at the open-pit mine Karazhyra, supplied with the most advanced equipment and tools, which allows to perform tyre fitting and repair for all types of tyres and provide service for both industrial, truck and passenger vehicles.

The most important factor in tyre service is the technological process."...In our workshop, the wheel is first taken to the washing area for cleaning. The wheel then is dried and gets the required temperature, and then it is sent to the tyre fitting unit before being assembled. Finally, the assembled wheel or its parts go into the warehouse...".Repairing tyres is a very complicated and technologically demanding process. The qualified personnel of UNITYRE, advanced equipment and materials allow up to 60% of tyre damage to be repaired with the highest possible level of quality. The tyre handler is one of the most essential pieces of auxiliary equipment that not only allows you to work directly on off-the-road tyres, but also to carry out works on replacing the wheel rims and hydraulic cylinders of excavators. The use of a tyre handler increases operational safety and significantly reduces the risk of damage to tyres and rims. To replace tyres that are out of service on the production line, a mobile tyre fitting unit is available which reaches the scene of an accident with a spare tyre and replaces it in the shortest possible time. The tyre fitting unit is maintained by two operators and allows a complete range of services to be carried out in the field with a minimum of time on several sites located within a distance of up to 250 km. To perform service works, the tyre fitting unit is equipped with:

• a tyre handler crane,
• hydraulic wheel dismounting equipment,
• a quick-release tyre changer,
• a cargo platform for shipping,
• a compressor and a welding machine,
• pneumatic wrenches.

UNITYRE software is a powerful tool in our arsenal that allows us to analyze, plan and monitor the condition of tyres and rims, manage balances and automatically record all operations. The equipment we have installed to monitor tyre pressure and temperature, manufactured by Continental, significantly prolongs the life of tyres by keeping the driver aware of their condition, thus avoiding the risk of irreversible damage in cases of pressure loss. In addition, we have improved the performance of the equipment by forwarding data to the dispatcher. This makes it possible to monitor tyre parameters both in the driver's cab and in the ASD dispatching system, reducing the risk of failures due to “human factor”. Apart from complex projects, UNITYRE also offers low-cost solutions to companies, such as the Modular tyre-inflation station at Molodezhny open-pit mine, which enables significant cost savings for the company by reducing vacant runs and the speed of pressure adjustments during shift changes. The station is equipped with all the necessary equipment to make pressure adjustments and record all the data to monitor wear and tear dynamics and manage balances.
